Developing Reading and Use of English Skills at C1 – Kate Newell
This session will explore tips and techniques to support busy teachers and help them develop and assess their learners’ reading and use of English skills in preparation for the C1.

Kate Newell 
Kate has been working in EFL for over 20 years and is a teacher, trainer and presenter. She has worked in a variety of roles in schools including senior teacher, team leader and director of studies, so feels very passionate about supporting teachers in a practical way.
After collecting a wide variety of certificates for a large number of courses, Kate is most proud of the DELTA, which has made her teaching more effective and enjoyable. Kate enjoys all aspects of teaching and training and firmly believes that there is a strong link between enjoyment of class and the production of excellent student results.
